PRACTICE

Sidonie is a facilitator of contemporary technique, choreography, performance and film practices. She incorporates elements of release technique to centre the body into the ground with efficiency, encourage breath in movement, and floor work incorporating flow and strength. She also delivers workshops exploring her research practice surrounding new technologies and performance, identities, and the body as home.

Sidonie is a lecturer in the department of Drama, Theatre and Dance at Royal Holloway University of London, and she teaches in both youth and higher educational institutions across the South East.
